GONG MEDITATION/SACRED SOUND HEALING

Close your eyes and get comfortable, going from a place of thinking and doing to a place of feeling and being.
The GONG is the oldest instrument in the world – and ALL the sounds of creation are contained within it. The frequencies and sounds of the gong cannot be predicted by the mind, and due to this it slows the brainwaves into a meditative state of relaxation – into the Theta brain waves. Like Yoga Nidra, 30 minutes of Gong Meditation (Theta relaxation) are equal to 3 hours of sleep.
When you calm the mind, you can still your thoughts and return to your true self. The effects of the gong remove blocks and stuck energy. What comes up is exactly what needs to come up and get out.
Let the mind be still as the breath quiets and the whole body falls into stillness.
